Project Description
The lot was large enough to accomodate the back addition and a second floor addition. It was homeowner's intention to completely re-design the first floor layout, so the existing interior structure was fully gut-out. Our designer suggested only to leave teh exterior walls and a foundation (strudy enough to bear the load of 2 floors), to potentially save some budget in teh construction stage.
We developed the project with the homeowner's personality and lifestyle in mind. The house was designed accounting for the homeowner's big family and traditional values. We offered classical solutions in exterior and interior design, ergonomically friendly floor layout, plenty of space for family gathering (large family room on the firs floor, spacios sitting area on the second floor).
House is full with charming decorative elements, both exterior and interior: arched windows and exquisite inserts in the windows grills on the front elevation, niches with potlites on the staircase, and a real gem - beautiful solid wood kitchen with ornamental mouldings.
